Broken Finger Float Switch – 5M Cable
Brocken finger float switch complete with 5m of cable.
The NPS broken finger float switch is a liquid-level sensor designed to detect the presence or absence of a liquid at a certain point.
It consists of a buoyant float, enclosed in a protective PE housing, and a switch mechanism.
When the liquid level reaches a pre-set point, the float rises and triggers the switch, signalling the presence of the liquid.
The broken finger design refers to a specific configuration in which the float is attached to an arm with a “broken” bend, allowing it to actuate the switch at the desired level.
These float switches are commonly used in our sump pumps, water tanks, and other liquid management systems to control the filling or draining of the liquid to prevent overflow or dry running of pumps.
Our broken finger float switch is made of durable and corrosion-resistant materials to ensure reliable operation in various liquid environments.
