Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return goods. You can cancel your order and return the items within 14 days for a refund or exchange (subject to a 25% restocking fee), including delivery costs. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage during the return, so ensure you have adequate postal insurance to cover the value of the goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
Returned items should be in resalable condition and packaged in their original packaging or, where this isn’t reasonably possible, packaged in a condition suitable for transport by your courier. We will issue refunds as soon as possible.
Your legal rights remain unaffected. If any term is deemed invalid, it will be removed to the extent necessary without impacting the rest of the terms.
